Terms & Condition
1 Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between [Your Company Name], hereafter referred to as “the Seller,” and the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Product & Order Specifications All furniture is handmade using solid wood, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural. Orders will be manufactured strictly according to the specifications confirmed via email or signed quotation.
3. Pricing & Payment – All pricing is shared on request and may vary depending on product specifications, order quantity, finishes, and delivery location. – A detailed quotation will be provided after finalizing the product details and order requirements. – To start production, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is to be cleared before the products are shipped. – Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or any other agreed payment method.
4. Lead Time & Delivery Standard production time is 4–6 weeks from advance payment receipt, depending on order volume. Shipping timelines are separate from production and will vary based on destination and logistics partner. Any delays due to customs, logistics, or force majeure are not the Seller’s responsibility.
5. Shipping & Inspection The buyer must inspect all products upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for minor natural variations or customized orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Warranty Products carry a standard warranty of 1 year for structural defects. Warranty excludes wear and tear, moisture damage, or misuse.
7. Cancellation & Refunds Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled. Refunds are not applicable on customized or bulk orders.
8. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content shared by the Seller remain the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
